FT.COM - CUSTOMER RETENTION JOURNEY - 2017 winner of the DBA media award
The FT is heavily reliant on digital subscriptions to offset falling ad revenues. It needed an email campaign that would successfully communicate the benefits of subscription renewal to a sophisticated, busy audience.
Working with 999Design, our solution saw an 18% reduction in renewal cancellations, saving the FT £26,000, as well as a 200% increase in engagement related email clicks.
Oh, and the creative also won Gold in the media category of the DBA awards 2017.
